What items are returnable?
Our policy lasts 30 days after order was placed or 15 days after the parcel was received, whichever comes last. If you have exceeded this time frame, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All part bags must be sealed and in new condition as when you received them. It must also be in the sealed original packaging. All returned parcels must be sent via a tracked method.
If the item you received is damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the package with clear and valid proof (photo or video of the item and SKU number). We will negotiate a compensation plan with you based on the degree of damage, such as partial refund/re-send accessories/re-send new products/full refund, etc.
To complete your return, please contact us in time (cs@mouldkingcorp.com) and explain the reason for the refund. We will verify according to your situation and give you feedback within 2 working days.
In the event of any missing parts, replacement parts will be sent out to you and the item will not be eligible for a return unless it is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Shipping Fees on Returns
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Return Address
After the refund application is successful, we will inform you of the specific address of the return by email.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
Please note that the refund processing time includes both the shipping time (which depends on the shipper) and the inspection time (typically 1-2 days after the return is received).
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Normally, it will take 3 calendar days for the refund to be credited. However, please keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
